1. Who you are contracting with
Pntix, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17298372, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company.
2. This website
Everything on https://pntix.com is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or reserve capacity. Work begins only under a signed statement of work.
3. Project terms
Scope, price, milestones, acceptance criteria and payment schedule are set out in the statement of work for each engagement. Where anything in that document conflicts with this page, that document wins.
4. Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the deliverables written specifically for you transfers to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tooling, libraries and internal components, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licences, listed at handover.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your material as confidential and expect the same in return. Either side may name the other as a client and describe the work in general terms unless the statement of work says otherwise.
6. Security testing
Penetration testing and security review are carried out only on systems you own or can demonstrably authorise, under written scope agreed in advance. We will decline anything outside that scope.
7. Warranties and liability
We warrant that the work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects reported within thirty days of acceptance at no charge. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement on thirty days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over source, credentials and documentation for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
