1. What this covers
This policy applies to https://pntix.com and to the enquiry form on it. It does not cover software we build for clients — those systems have their own policies, written by the client.
2. What we collect
When you submit the scope-call form we store the fields you filled in:
- Your name and company name
- Your work email address
- The service you selected and the date you asked for
- The time of submission, so we can answer in order
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. A single session cookie exists so the form can carry an anti-forgery token; it expires when you close the browser.
3. Why we hold it
To reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Pntix unless the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records tied to a signed contract are kept for as long as UK company law requires, then destroyed.
5. Where it lives
On servers we administer, behind access controls limited to the people who need them. Transport is TLS-only. Backups are encrypted at rest.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email privacy@pntix.com and we will action it within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
